The firm is managed and operated by nine (9) licensed professional engineers experienced in various phases of civil, environmental, process, mechanical, structural and electrical engineering. TYJT serves public and private clients including municipalities, governmental agencies, private business, institutional markets, commercial establishments, and industrial concerns.

Thirty-five to 40 percent of TYJT's staff are licensed professional engineers who provide a variety of services in the water, wastewater, infrastructure, and environmental management areas.
